The Inspection process is a time consuming one, ranging from 3 to 4 hours for most homes. From the foundation to the roof and everything in between, you can be reassured that it will be examined in detail for soundness and durability. As the home buyer you will be notified of anything that does not pass the full scope of the inspection. Computer generated reports are offered upon completion and detail the home inspection process and the results found therein. We believe these reports will continue to be a great resource for you both now and in the years you remain in your home.

Though it is not necessary for you to be present during the inspection, we highly recommend it. Our inspectors will gladly walk you through the inspection and point out any concerns that may be of concern. They will also mention maintenance schedules for certain components in the home. We feel that this is an important part of the communication process which also educates at the same time.
